President Obama Sedition Continues As ObamaCare Is Ruled Unconstitutional

First the definition of sedition and treason:

The word sedition comes from Middle English, sedicion, and Old French, seditio. It meant a going apart. Now days, sedition is a going against the government's rules and constitution. It is a serious charge. Mark Levin, the news talk radio host said on 2/3/2011 that he had never used the word sedition before in all his years on radio. He is using it now. Big time!

A federal district judge appointed by Ronald Reagan, Justice Roger Vinson, of the U.S. District Court in Pensacola, Florida ruled, 1/31/2011, that the thinking behind the 2700 page, $938 billion dollar health bill passed last year - the individual mandate part - is illegal. The individual mandate is the forcing of us to join ObamaCare and be fined and possibly go to prison if we don't.

The United States Constitution does not force us to do something that we were not already doing. ObamaCare also exceeds Congress' commerce power between states. This is exactly why the Boston Tea Party led to the American Revolution from England. Forcing citizens to do or not to do something or which religion to follow was prohibited by our nation’s founders for good reason. The states were to decide their own laws. The constitution was carefully worded to prevent a future kingdom, aristocracy or dictatorship. Let's stop this Obama Administration from going from lies, to sedition, to treason then tyranny before it's too late!

Because the left-wing statist Democrats had not put a severability clause in the bloated bill (let alone read the thing); the whole thing is void. Severability clauses are put into legislation language so if one part of the law is held to be unconstitutional the rest stands and continues. Right! You heard me. The entire Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act - ObamaCare -  was ruled unconstitutional.  Judge Roger Vinson bravely followed long standing precedent and centuries of case law in his ruling.

Judge Vinson wrote, "Because the individual mandate is unconstitutional and not severable, the entire Act must be declared void...This has been a difficult decision to reach, and I am aware that it will have indeterminable implications..."

These socialists were so intent on growing the size of government they forgot this important clause. Democrat Nancy Pelosi, then Speaker of the House, is on record saying to pass the bill so we can find out what's in it. This is an example of the total disregard they have of the citizens of this country and our constitution. Last year U.S. Judge Henry Hudson had found that to force citizens to buy only government insurance and then fine them if they didn't was actually a tax. President Obama has consistently maintained that it was not a tax. Liar!
 
President Obama, Kathleen Sebelius (Secretary of Health and Human Services), the Internal Revenue Service and many individual states are still staffing up and acting as if this law remains in full force and effect. Plaintiffs should be seeking an injunction along with a contempt of court citation against them soon. Let's lobby our representatives to get going on this.

"The Executive's willful, intentional and publicly-stated refusal to honor a declaratory judgment is an open act of willful and intentional violation of The Separation Of Powers In The Constitution and, if combined with the use of or threat of use of force as is always present when government coercion is employed, treads awfully close to the line, and may cross it..."

(of USC Ch 115 Sec 2384), to wit: SEDITION

"If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United states, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both."

So, the exercise of power by the Executive and Judicial Branch, under which the Internal Revenue and Health and Human Services both operate, inherently constitutes the use of force.

When such is used to "prevent, hinder or delay the execution of any law of the United States" - the parties that have done so, it can be argued, have engaged in a Seditious Conspiracy.

The Obama Administration needs to stand down and cease or file an appeal that seeks a stay. If they don't stop and wait for that stay to be granted they are guilty of sedition.

Obama should either comply or appeal. Instead, it seems, The White House is going to intentionally disobey the court. President Obama's willful and intentional refusal to abide by a court decision is tyranny and is cause for immediate filing of Articles of Impeachment against him.

This is President Barack Hussein Obama's third sedition. The first is his refusal to provide a valid birth certificate and proof that he is in fact a U.S. Citizen. He has spent over a million dollars in legal fees fighting and blocking those seeking the truth in this matter. If he is found not to be a citizen then none of the legislation he signed is valid. The second was his defiance of a Federal Court order ruling he could not declare a drilling moratorium during the gulf oil well leak disaster. Obama ignored the judge putting thousands of U.S. citizens out of work in the process.

A Florida federal judge, Justice Roger Vinson of the U.S. District Court in Pensacola, Florida ruled, 1/31/2011, that the thinking behind the 2300 page, $938 billion health reform bill passed last year - the individual mandate - is illegal. You heard me - the entire Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act - ObamaCare unconstitutional. Typically, they put a severability clause in legislation so that if one part of the law is held to be unconstitutional the rest stands. Guess what! They didn't put in that clause. Judge Roger Vinson bravely followed long standing precedent and centuries of case law in ruling ObamaCare unconstitutional.

Justice Vinson wrote, "Because the individual mandate is unconstitutional and not severable, the entire Act must be declared void.. This has been a difficult decision to reach, and I am aware that it will have indeterminable implications..."

There was a similar ruling by Judge Henry Hudson in Virginia last year and 26 states have joined in a suit seeking to overturn the bloated bill that would take 16 percent of the American economy and put it under historically inefficient governmental control.

Judge Henry Hudson in an earlier ruling had found that to force citizens to buy only government insurance and then fine them if they didn't was actually a tax. President Obama has consistently maintained that it was not a tax. Liar!

The United States Constitution does not force someone to do something they were not already doing. "It would be a radical departure from existing case law to hold that Congress can limit inactivity under the Commerce Clause... Everyone must participate in the food market...under this logic, Congress could (mandate) that every adult purchase and consume wheat bread daily. If they didn't buy wheat bread they might have a bad diet which would put a strain on the health care system," Vinson writes.

Then he gave another analogy, "Congress could require that everyone above a certain income threshold buy a General Motors automobile - now partially government owned - because those who do not by GM cars (or those who buy foreign cars) are adversely impacting commerce and a taxpayer-subsidized business. The individual mandate exceeds Congress' commerce power, as it is understood, defined and applied in the existing Supreme Court case law."

U.S. Representative Cynthia Lummis (R-Wyoming) issued this, "A federal judge in Florida confirmed today what I have been hearing all over Wyoming - President Obama's budget-busting health care law simply does not pass constitutional muster. The ObamaCare mandate, which is central to the President's health care law, represents an unprecedented overreach that encroaches on the rights guaranteed to all Americans under the Constitution. Today's ruling hit the bull's-eye."

Next step is for the case to go the Supreme Court where Justice Anthony Kennedy is the swing vote. This probably won't happen in 2011 and the mandate element of this unconstitutional ObamaCare doesn't kick in until 2014. There is still time for you to lobby against the Obama administration tyranny. President Obama has appointed two left leaning judges recently to the Supreme Court of our land.  Judge Elana Kagan did her college thesis on how great socialism is.

What if you were a young person struggling to start a business and made the decision to not pay to join the unconstitutional ObamaCare because you needed every cent to keep it going? You would be fined plus have to pay the policy. Dark ages all over again! Is debtor prison next?

The Obamacare health reform act congress just passed threatens to put 16% of a free market economy under government control.  When, I ask you, has the government run anything better or more efficiently than free enterprise? Never!  I do admit health care reform is needed.  However, the 2,300 page act does not even address the real issues like:  1. Tort reform (limit the amount and damages in lawsuits).  2. Let health insurance companies sell policies across state lines and country boundaries to increase competition.  3. Make it easier and less expensive to get drugs approved by FDA.  4. Other cost saving ideas like streamlining FDA drug and new medical procedure approval.  There is bound to be health care rationing in a down economy.  There are just too many baby boomers getting older and needing healthcare.  A superior court judge just ruled that Obamacare is actually a tax.  Socialist Obama wants more people on the dole and reliant on big government.  He is in the process of killing the best health care system on earth.

ObamaCare was just ruled unconstitutional by a federal judge.  President Obama is not doing anything about the ruling.  This is sedition - not following your government's constitution and rules.  This is his second sedition with the first one being his refusal to furnish his birth certificate and proof of citizenship.  Don't you think you would be required to show proof of citizenship if you ran for the Presidency?  Obama has spent over a million dollars in attorney fees fighting 

There is bound to be health care rationing in a deflation economy and Greater Depression. Reduced property, sales, income and capital gains tax revenues due to the downturn will hurt city, county and state government the most since they cannot print money. The U.S. government will, however, be stressed to the max in a depression three times as large and three times longer than the 1930's depression. Plan on it! This will lead to long lines, long waits and denial of service because of age. The economic reality of deflation and the Greater Depression will cause governments at all levels to tighten their belts.

As of 2/20/2011, 3 state governors have publicly stated that their state will not implement ObamaCare, Florida, Wisconsin and now Governor Parnell of Alaska.

The Justice Department, apparently prompted by the Parnell statement, has filed court papers with Judge Vinson, asking that the court to clarify that the original judgment "does not relieve the parties of their rights and obligations under the Affordable Care Act."

No matter how bad the deflation economy and Greater Depression gets we need to protect out Constitution from being further eroded by statist socialist subterfuge if we want any freedom and liberty at all. Free enterprise is the only system that works. President Obama policies of monetary stimulus, government regulation, increased taxes and bashing business will only make the Greater Depression worse. Government run Medicare and Medicaid are already projected to bankrupt our whole country as all the baby boomers retire, live longer and have health issues. Don't let them do this ObamaCare unconstitutional dirty-work. Stop the government power-grab!

President Barack Hussein Obama is declaring a federal law unconstitutional rather than respect the rule of law, the Judicial branch of our government and the Constitution.

The Constitution is not silent on President Obama’s actions.
Article II, Section I of the Constitution is the presidential oath of office says as follows:
“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”  Barack Hussein. Obama took that oath — twice — on January 20, 2009.  Also, Article II, Section III is clear on the president’s relationship to US law.  "The president] shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed..."

President Obama committed sedition by not putting ObamaCare on hold until this constitutionality issue is decided by the Supreme Court.  Now, we are learning $105 billion dollars of hidden up front funding to implement the act has already been appropriated.  Taxpayer’s money spent with no debate, discussion or over site.  Michelle Bauchman, Minnesota Tea Party elected member of the House of Representatives says:  "President Obama is a gangster of government, anti-American, an enemy of job creation, and that Obamacare is an enemy of humanity."  The Tea Party is a broad based coalition of Republican, Democrat and independent Americans that want to stop the insane government spending and stop raising the debt ceiling.

President Obama recently directed the Attorney General's office to quit defending the Defense of Marriage Act in states that have passed laws allowing same-sex marriage.  This is a duly enacted law of the land.  Who is he to take over the judicial branch's job and decree a law unconstitutional?  This is just more Obama sedition.  Does this mean when Obama loses the 2012 election the next President can just call ObamaCare unconstitutional?  At least a federal judge has already ruled that it is.  Impeach this fraud Barack Hussein Obama before he completely ruins our Constitution, our economy and takes all away all our liberties and freedoms.  Let's see his long-form original birth certificate.  He is acting like a communist double agent on some fascist jihad to kill American Liberty.

Now we are learning Congress will not allow an increase in the social security COLA  (cost of living  adjustment).   However, the per person monthly Medicare insurance premium will be increased from the 2009 premium of $96.40 to $104.20 in 2010, $120.20 for the year 2011 and yearly increases will step up to $247 in 2014.

ObamaCare is unconstitutional and socialism and will lead to rationing of health care.  You can count on it!

Back in a 9/6/2010 Labor Day speech President Obama admitted he went off his prepared remarks and whined, "They talk about me like a dog."  It is proof he is coming unglued.   The heat is getting to him.  He is guilty of undermining the CONSTITUTION and American LIBERTY with his socialistic wealth redistribution, his increase taxes ideas, his ruling the Defense of Marriage Act unconstitutional, his failure to provide a long-form birth certificate, huge government spending programs like ObamaCare and bank and corporate bailouts.  The truth hurts.  Doesn't it?

He is taking heat over the tanking deflation economy, his party lost seats in the 2010 midterm elections, his "Wag the Dog" diversion supporting the Manhattan Muslim mosque and the  book  by David Limbaugh, “CRIMES AGAINST LIBERTY”.  Limbaugh's book documents the President Obama lies, frauds, and deceits.  The book made it to the top of the non-fiction New York Best Sellers List.   President Obama going off the prepared speech on the teleprompter to whine and complain in public is admission to his guilt and evidence that he knows he is being called to task for undermining the U.S, Constitution and American Liberty.

I wrote an article 8/31/2010, "President Obama Does 'Wag the Dog' in a Deflation Economy." In it I called him out for coming out in favor of building the Manhattan Muslim mosque. I said he was trying to divert attention away from the deflation economy slipping into the greater depression and the possibility that the Democratic Party would lose control of one or both houses of Congress in the November 2010 midterm elections. To "Wag the Dog" is a euphemism for a politician starting a war or doing something else to get the heat off his own back.

What I was said was President Barack Hussein Obama was doing a "Wag the Mosque" just 2 months after he did "Wag Arizona" over that states new illegal immigrant law. I went on to say in so many words - President Obama you are a dog. A socialist Marxist dog who was caught with his pants down in a lie, fraud and deceit. He was trying to divert attention away from the fact that the economy under his left leaning administration is sick and business is frozen in it's feet. Uncertain business people see one after another big spending measure. The ObamaCare healthcare bill had more red tape (every transaction over $600 has to have an IRS 1099 form filed). In addition, the health care reform act was ruled by a judge to actually be a tax. He said it was not a tax. Now, in February of 2011, the whole act has been ruled unconstitutional. Impeach this liar and fraud!

Business people are afraid to hire, spend, expand, loan, lease, buy or borrow. His socialistic wealth redistribution and bigger more wasteful government will make the coming Greater Depression longer and greater. Only 10% of the President Obama staff has any business experience and none have any economic savvy. The best way to create jobs is to lower taxes and let business do the hiring. Those are the kind of jobs that last. Not government funded "shovel ready" make-work projects.  Besides, why are the feds paying for state, county and city projects?

Those of you who still have their head spinning around over the building of the mosque 560 feet from the 9/11 ground zero site at 51 Park Avenue  are being played like pawns in a game. You have been officially "wagged and punked." You have been fooled again. It won't get built. 100,000 people would put up picket lines around it. This is especially, true if the Imam, Feisal Abdul Rauf, refuses to break away from the harsh, excessive and violent to women shariah law. Muslims in favor of shariah law should not be allowed to build a mosque anywhere in America.  Imam Rauf, if he is truly a U.S. citizen should do what 70% of the other Americans want and not build the mosque at that site.  Instead, he inflamed the situation with talk on “LARRY KING LIVE” about how Muslims would retaliate and our servicemen will be in danger.  Rauf, you are not a moderate.  You are the radical.

I think the biggest reason for the President Obama coming unglued was related to the “CRIMES AGAINST LIBERTY” book by David Limbaugh, Rush Limbaugh's brother.  It hit the bookstore shelves 8/23/2010 and absolutely reams him. David Limbaugh found that:  President Obama's politics and personality threatens our liberties in the name of an ivory tower utopian world view with only room for socialism at a scary scale. Obama is a vindictive school yard bully and holds American ideas and ideals in repudiation and contempt.

Limbaugh went on to say, "Obama's disingenuousness is not just a matter of stretching the truth once in a while or engaging in a little old-fashioned hyperbole. His outright habitual lies are a fundamental aspect of his governance...Inside a few months, he showed himself to be deeply racial, aggressively partisan, grossly incompetent, often verbally awkward apart from his teleprompter, an inflexible liberal ideologue, secretive, dishonest, undemocratic, dogmatic and dictatorial, and intolerant and dismissive of his opposition."

"Based on his behavior as president, it is clear he truly believes his own hype, for we have discovered that instead of messianic, Obama is acutely, perhaps clinically, narcissistic...unless stopped, and reversed, the casualties of Obama's systematic assault on this nation will be our prosperity, our security, and ultimately, our liberty."  So, he blurts out, "They talk about me like a dog." Those remarks were not scripted. He even says so in the video clip. It's probably on YOUTUBE by now or you can google (obama dog AOL). Where is President Obama's original birth certificate, by the way?  He has spent over a million dollars in legal fees blocking those seeking the truth.  Is this guy even a U.S. citizen?  Impeach Obama!

The Trump saga, Dr. Jerome Corsi, "Where's the Birth Certificate" 2011, believes was a setup from the White House by Obama with Trump. The techies have definitive analysis the birth certificate presented by Obama is as fraudulent as the Certificate of Live Birth he first presented. Corsi says a credible source checked records for a birth certificate, and none in records, then, later they went back and found one inserted. This is PRIOR to Trump coming out. Then, when Trump made all his noise—–shazaam, Obama produces the birth certificate. Remember Trump ceased any thought of jumping into the campaign after the birth certificate was shown by Obama.

The fact that he so prominently produced it, himself and boasted about it, has him personally involved with presenting a fraudulent document to the American public with INTENT. Corsi has had more contact from Trump trying to find out what Corsi’s next move is. Corsi was asked by Trump to have access to Corsi’s book before it was published and signed a non-disclosure to get it. I believe Corsi is of the assumption this was requested on behalf of the White House.

Corsi stated that with the analysis of this birth certificate, producing the birth certificate to the public by Obama, shows his intent to defraud the American Public. (Wonder if Trump thought about this before he got involved? Trump could now be complicit in an act by conspiracy to defraud.) Jesus was libertarian not a liberal. Libertarian is the doctrine of freedom and free enterprise and to do no harm or fraud to others. To follow the golden rule. To do unto others as you would have them do unto you.  Libertarians believe in freedom of thought, expression and action. They want to keep government small and they even want to contract most of it to the lowest bidder.  That is why we have all the economic turmoil today and deflation and the Greater Depression.  Excess credit inflation, fiat money and fractional reserve banking allowed government to grow into a bloated behemoth bashing business freedom and liberty and threatening to become an all controlling "Big Brother.

Libertarians believe in having a small army and police force for protection - not to beat up the rest of the world. Rome caused it's own demise by watering down it's money, trying to be policeman of the world and corrupting it's morals.  Emperor Constantine kept the Florin gold coin pure when he moved what was left of the Roman Empire to Constantinople (now Istanbul).  That helped them last another 500 years until they were finally defeated by the Moors. 

Support the constitution!  Lobby for private gold back money, vote for conservative candidates and de fund big government.  Our only defense is to stop the growth of government.  Obama is trampling our constitution.

That is what Jesus stood for.  Freedom of religion meant not to be required to join a religious sect.  Liberty allows people to worship as they wish and not be fed to the lions in Rome's coliseum.  Jesus was libertarian and he gave his life for ideas of freedom and free choice.  We should be looking up to his courage in the face of pressure from both Rome and the Jewish Church. 

The Bible has instances where Jesus stood up as a symbol of free will and finally a martyr for that free will.

Matthew (20, 12) Then there was the worker hired late in the day that got the same pay as the rest.  He helped get the project done on time - pay him well.

Matthew (21, 12) Jesus was asked if they should pay taxes to Caesar.  He say's Caesar's face is on the coins.  So, "Give to Caesar what is Caesar's, give to God what is God's.

Oppose both the Democrats and Republicans when they pass increased taxes and more rules and regulations.  Become an active voice at all levels for smaller government and a reduction in taxes.  President Obama's plan to grow the power and control of government through huge government controlled healthcare is exactly the opposite of what Jesus would have wanted. 
 
President Obama and the Democrat's liberal progressive idea of socialism with more big government control and regulation will only result in the taking of your freedom through higher taxes.  Obama is a communist, a Marxist a socialist and is fast becoming fascist.  You should now be having heaps of buyer's remorse about electing someone that wants to hurt American freedom, liberty, free enterprise and to undermine our Constitution.  It's hard to admit you were led astray.  I know.  Obama wants to ruin our constitutional values and liberties.  He is packing the courts with socialist left leaning judges.  We have got to stop the leftist statists in the name of our founding fathers.
 
George W. Bush had blinders on.  All he could think about was to protect America from another 9-11 attack.  A war on terrorism, which is a misnomer - it's a war on terrorists.  One cannot have a war on an idea. 

Now, President Barack Hussein Obama keeps claiming the Republicans drove the economy into a ditch.  Well then it seems the Democratic Party are out to strip the whole car - I mean economy.   Some new grand theft auto meets end freedom forever game.  All we had to do was pull the economy out of the ditch.  Not part it out.  
 
Only once before has a government official got this intrusive and destructive.  That occurred when President Franklin Delano Roosevelt's was office.   And that was the start of the sorry socialism we have today.  Today unemployment leads to more unemployment in a vicious cycle like a snowball rolling down a hill. The world is in a deflation economy and Greater Depression.  The depression started 2000 with the dot com stock top and bust and may not end until 2016-2018.  At that time asset prices may be down 90 percent and unemployment may be 30 percent.

President Barack Hussein Obama will be happy to know that he is only the second most destructive political figure in American history after FDR. 
 
A new book out by Dinesh D'Souza,  “The Roots of Obama's Rage” (2010), claims President Obamas father, Barack Obama Senior was an alcoholic socialist  anticolonialist from Kenya Africa.  Obama Senior wanted Europe and the West to pay for taking advantage of the third world and taking natural resources.   Obama Junior's self-written autobiography is titled "Dreams from My Father."  So, anticolonialist,  socialist and Marxist Barack Obama Jr. absolutely wants to weaken the U.S.  Don't try and tell me different.  Junior’s anticolonialist father’s dreams are becoming our nightmare.

All the quantitative easing by the Fed (QE1 of 1.2 billion dollars) and (QE2 of 600 million dollars) thrown at our economic problem will evaporate.   Lower taxes letting business grow and hire would help but not stop the deflation.  You cannot stop a pendulum from completing its swing.   The elite have most of their money in America.  They don't want to ruin the value of their dollar holdings.  The dollar will be strong.  We are in deflation and the Greater Depression.  Inflation is not coming back soon!

Read,  “The Creature From Jekyll Island” 1994, by G. Edward Griffin.  It is about how the Anglo financial power elite secretly hatched the Federal Reserve Bank plan in 1913.  The plan was to bring the once strong and powerful America down by ruining both it's money and it's morals.  Both political parties are in on this new-world-order/one-world-government conspiracy, by the way.  Chapter 2 of Griffin's book is "Bailouts - Name of the Game".  1994!  The book also predicted how the one-world-government bunch would use climate change as a smokescreen to take your freedom and liberty. Along with all the wars which have been the biggest smokescreens.  You and I have been duped.
 
I am a card carrying Libertarian.  I am for small government and freedom but have a small army for defense.  Again, do no harm or fraud.

Jesus was a libertarian.  He was not for making Rome bigger and more controlling like leftists want government.   Maybe you should join the cause of free enterprise and gold backed money.  Big government is a leech sucking all the vitality out of the economy.
 
Do you want someone telling you and your children and your children's children what to do, where to work and what to think.  Wouldn't that be a better crusade to stop the power elite from becoming "Big Brother."  Work at making government smaller and less intrusive.

Before Roosevelt took office government was only 9% of the economy.  Now, it's one third.  It's a big cancer that politicians thought they could pay for with inflation, financial repression and fiat money.   Until now!   Cash will be king in deflation and the Greater Depression. 

Obama got the Nobel Peace prize and the one million dollars that comes with it in his first few months in office.  Why?  He had not done a thing yet.  Here's a $ 1 million.  Now, go beat up America, the constitution and American business until they just freeze up and give up trying. Then help any new-world-order/one-world government group like the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, the United Nations and cap-and-trade organizations take over.  Obama got paid up front by the elite for one-world-government wet work he would do later in his term. 
 
Obama's policies will only make the pendulum swing further to deflation and delay a recovery.  Do the world a favor and go Libertarian or Independent.  Obama's latest Nazi fascist policies include: Ignoring two U.S. Judges who ruled that ObamaCare (euthanasia) is unconstitutional, forging his latest birth certificate, ruling DOMA (Defense of Mariage Act) unconstitutional, not abiding by the War Powers Act in the military action in Libya, the murder martyr of Osama bin Ladin (the last time I looked "Thou shalt not kill" was still one of the 10 Commandments) and now hiring a leftist media czar, Jesse Lee, on the taxpayers dime to spin-doctor any adverse media coverage leading up to the 2012 presidential election. 

Let's make sure money is privately controlled and backed by gold.  Keep government and central banks away from fiat money creation.  They are the modern day money changers.   No wonder Jesus was libertarian.

Obama Fast and Furious

The Fast and Furious scandal is now turning from a crazy idea by the ATF (Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) Department of the Federal Government to foster the sale of weapons like AK 47s to criminals then track them in Mexico into a full blown assault on the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.  U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder and even President Obama along with higher ups in the Justice Department apparently may have known about the botched sting operation.  It entailed actually helping get 2,000 assault type weapons into the hands of the Mexican mafia drug cartels.  Over 150 murders have been traced back to the Fast and Furious scandal guns.  The plan was also known as "Operation Gunwalker" and "Project Gunrunner."

The ulterior motive in the whole escapade was to demonize the right to bear arms granted by the Second Amendment of the Constitution.  Right!  "Big Brother" Obama wants to take away our guns!  President Obama is in cahoots with the Anglo financial power elite in the plan to take the last of our freedom and liberty and set up a one world government.  Honest gun shops and gun owners are being smeared.  President Obama committed sedition when he disobeyed our rules and regulations and he committed treason when his shenanigans involved another country – Mexico.  Obama has now graduated to fascist tyranny.  Obama wants to control us like pawns in his Marxist game.

Lies are being told.  There is Congressional perjury and Justice Department obstruction of the probe.  A big cover up is in full force.  The liberals and mainstream press wanted carnage on our southern border so they could blame and clamp down on gun owners and dealers.  The next step was to limit to one the number of guns a gun dealer could sell at one time.  It's already law that gun stores cannot sell more than one hand gun at a time. 

The insidious plan began to unravel December of 2010 when Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was actually murdered with one of the guns.

The family of murdered Agent Brian Terry is considering suing the federal government.  In the past the FBI has been sued three times and the U.S. Government was made to pay millions to informant victim’s families.  Even the IRS was sued for $1 million for failing to supervise one of their informants who then committed murder.

Terry family lawyer Paul Charlton said, "If the evidence shows Brian's death was proximately caused by the negligence of the federal government, there may be a cause of action."

Congressman Darrell Issa, chair of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, started hearings on how the ATF helped sell thousands of guns to known criminals.  The Fast and Furious guns are still being discovered at crime scenes throughout Mexico.  What a scandal. 

The Obama Administration thinks they can trample over the Constitution, grow the size of government, redistribute all the wealth and change free market capitalism into socialism.  Socialism never works.  It sucks the lifeblood out of an economy.  We are fast and furiously becoming a fascist nation.  Stand up for liberty before it is too late!  If we let them take our guns and let the FBI wiretap us at will, what will they take from us next?  The Nazi one world government/new world order fascists fascise fascism forevermore on us.
